Anyone ever get one?
Surprisingly not as much to it as I expected,
Prepped an extra freezer for it,
may have got by without it but didn’t know that before hand
7 boxes about 40#s each, close to half burger
Galloway breed, the steaks have nice fat in them, all local, we toured the farm it was raised, my daughter is in 4H raising a steer so that was neat, she also got to tour the slaughterhouse, she got to watch them kill a couple of cows
We have a prime rib aging in the fridge for Christmas dinner, I did one for Easter some years back, let it smell the fridge for a few days, it was a success so giving it another go!
